Tyler Bengtson, an individual doing business as Redevised, and my affiliates (“we” or “us”), welcome you to our websites, products, applications and services (“the Service”). We respect the privacy of our users (“User” or “you”) and are committed to protecting your information, be it yours or your children’s. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our Service

Summary

  • In accordance with COPPA, we do not collect personal information from children
  • Non-personal information  (e.g. browser type) is used to provide and improve the Service
  • Personal information (e.g. email addresses) that you provide as an adult is only used to provide the Service and to communicate with you
  • For apps that have advertising, the advertising can be completely disabled (e.g. through in-app purchase)

1.       Your Consent

1.1.    By accessing and/or using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy. Please note: if you disagree to any term provided herein, you may not access or use the Service.

 

2.       Which information we may collect on our Users?

2.1.    Non-Personal Information: We use third-party services to collect non-personal and non-identifiable information (“non-personal information”). To put it simply, we have no idea of the identity of the User from which we have collected the non-personal information. Non-personal information which is being gathered consists of technical information and behavioral information, as detailed below:

2.1.1.  Technical information:

  • Type of operation system (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.)
  • Type of Browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
  • Screen resolution (e.g. 800×600, 1024×768, etc.)
  • Language (e.g. English)
  • Android or iOS Vendor (e.g. Galaxy, HTC, iPhone, etc.)
  • Flash version

2.1.2.  Behavioral information:

  • User’s interaction with the Service
  • User’s behavior on the Service
  • Any similar behavioral information

2.2.    Personal Information: We do not collect any Personal Information when your children use our Service; however, we allow you to provide feedback and to join our newsletter should you wish to receive updates and information regarding products and services. In order to join our Newsletter you will be asked to provide us with an active email address through the Service. You may remove your email address from mailing list at any time by clicking the remove option incorporated in the emails sent to you.

2.2.1. Providing feedback or joining the newsletter is not required to use the Service.

 

3.       How do we collect information on our Users?

3.1.    Non-personal information is gathered by third-party services while you access the Service. In other words, analytical third-party services are aware of your usage of the Service, and may collect the information relating to such usage.

3.2.    Personal information (e.g. email address) is voluntarily provided by your inputting it through the Service.

3.2.1. Children are not permitted to provide personal information to us. If they do, it will be deleted in accordance with COPPA.

 

4.       What are the purposes of the collection of information?

4.1.    We collect non-personal information to:

4.1.1. Enhance the User’s experience on the Service, including the ability to communicate with our Users through an internal notification mechanism incorporated in the Service.

4.1.2. Learn about the preferences of Users and general trends on the Service through the study of aggregated data and statistics.

4.1.3. To personalize the user experience:  We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the Service

4.1.4. To improve our Service: We continually strive to improve our Service based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

4.1.5. To improve customer service: Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

4.1.6. To process transactions: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

4.1.7. To administer a content, promotion, survey or other Service feature

4.1.8. To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

4.1.9. To send periodic emails: The email address Users provide for order processing will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, they may do so time by clicking the remove option incorporated in the emails sent to you.

 

5.       Advertising

5.1.    We accept advertisements from third party advertisers. These advertisers are carefully selected to provide information about products and services that we think may be appropriate to our Users.

5.2.    We have contracted with InMobi to monitor certain pages of our Service for the purpose of reporting statistics, advertisement ‘click-throughs’, and/or other activities on our Service. Where authorized by us, InMobi may use cookies, web beacons, and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics about our website visitors. InMobi may use this data and statistics to track users and serve advertising based on the collected data and statistics. However, no personally identifiable information is collected by or transferred to any party other than the Advertiser.

5.3.    Where applicable, you can opt out of advertising by performing an In-App Purchase. Additionally, you can opt out of interest-based advertising by InMobi through the following page: http://www.inmobi.com/inmobi-privacy-policy/opt-out/

5.3.1. For children to use our Service with ads requires that you remove your device ID on InMobi’s website.

5.4.    We recommend that you review the terms of use and privacy policy for any advertiser with which you are interacting before doing so. Their privacy policy, not ours, will apply to any of those interactions.

5.5.    Direct Marketing: You hereby agree that we may send you notifications for the purpose of informing you regarding products and services (offered by us and/or by third parties) which may interest you and to send to you advertisements and other marketing material, transmitted to you through the Service using an internal notifications mechanism incorporated in the Service, or incorporated in our Newsletter sent to your email per your request. You may remove your email address from mailing list at any time by clicking the remove option incorporated in the emails sent to you.

 

6.       Cookies & Local Storage

6.1.     When you access or use the Service, we may use industry-wide technologies such as “cookies” and Flash (or similar technologies), which stores certain information on your computer (“Local Storage”) and which will allow us to enable automatic activation of certain features, and make your Service experience much more convenient and effortless. The cookies used by the Service are created per session, does not include any information about you, other than your session key and are removed as your session ends. It is easy to prohibit the Local Storage. Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer’s hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. In order to erase or disable the Local Storage option in Flash you should use the settings option of Flash according to the specific instructions provided by the technology provider. However, if you block or erase cookies, or change the settings of Flash, your online experience may be limited.

6.2.    We also may use certain third-party cookies (e.g. Google Authentication). These are a different kind of cookies, stored on your computer by third parties, rather than by us. This kind of cookie is only read (and not altered by the Service) each time you visit the Service, and also when you visit certain websites or applications that uses similar cookies. Third-party cookies usually store only non-personal information, such as the web pages you have visited, the duration of your browsing, etc.

6.3.    Ads appearing on our Service may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. 7.       Security

7.1.     We take a great care in maintaining the security of the Service and your information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures, including through the use of encryption mechanisms. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

 

8.       Third Party Software/Service

8.1.    We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Service or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

8.2.    Such third-party software may include without limitation:

8.3.    Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to or from our Service, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

 

9.       Sharing Information with Third Parties

9.1.     We may share Information only in the following cases:

9.1.1. (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request;

9.1.2. (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof;

9.1.3. (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;

9.1.4. (d) to respond to claims that any content published on the Service violates any right of a third-party;

9.1.5. (f) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of us, our Users or the general public;

9.1.6. (g) if we are undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of our assets;

9.1.7. (h) pursuant to your approval, in order to supply certain services you have requested from us;

9.1.8. (i) to let our partners and affiliates serve you with commercials;

 

10.   Compliance with the children’s online privacy protection act (COPPA)

10.1.Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain personal information on our Service from those we actually know are under 13.

 

11.   Changes to the Privacy Policy

11.1.The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Service and any information collected therein. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently. In case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Service.

11.2.Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” and your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
